Oleg Bokachov will be a guest expert at the “Meeting with the Author’s Approach,” organised by Look Up Study. Mutual misunderstanding is a significant problem. We attempt to communicate our thoughts or experiences, yet it appears that we are not understood. We give someone a task and he does everything wrong. We try to at least get through to him, but he interprets it as we are yelling at him. How can we ensure that we are well understood?
