At times, happiness comes to us spontaneously, without any effort on our part. It is commonly believed that this is normal, and that happiness may not be accessible at all times. Nevertheless, we can disagree with this and attempt to discover a method to evoke it within ourselves as frequently as we desire. Happiness is generated somewhere within us. We simply need to know where and what to do to invite it.
