Last time we talked about responsibility and what constitutes right and wrong responsibility. This time we will sharpen our understanding of the term business model.
How does an entrepreneur pass on his life’s work to his successors, that very tangible part of his legacy that relates to revenue streams? Before we answer this question, let’s clarify what a business model is. What are its characteristics? How can you develop and implement an effective business model? And finally, what is the best way to pass it on to your heirs?
At our themed meetings, we want to create a space that brings participants together, inspires and encourages open communication and the exchange of ideas and experiences. Oleg Bokachov will be speaking as an expert at this meeting.
