Oleg Bokachov will be a guest expert at the “Meeting with the Author’s Approach,” organised by Look Up Study. We will be seeking a way to deal with ourselves, or rather with our own state of mind.
How can we manage our inner state? Our intricate inner world is often a mystery to ourselves. There is something going on in it all the time, even during sleep. It gets especially agitated in interactions with others and exerts a powerful impact on them. Something erupts to reveal itself in connections with another individual, and our counterpart behaves similarly unrestrained. More frequently than not, nothing constructive comes out of it.
How can we properly harness our inner world and its states to build enduring relationships?
Participants will be able to ask questions on the topic of the event, as well as on personal development, relationships, and social effectiveness. Questions can be asked confidentially if desired.
