Oleg Bokachov will be a guest expert at the “Meeting with the Author’s Approach,” organised by Look Up Study. We will explore ways to overcome the fear of our own reactions to the other person’s actions and words and his or her reactions to us.
Fear of our own reactions to other people or their reactions to us is very exhausting and makes our relationships hell. In the beginning, this reaction was not there, but over time it emerged and has now become the norm.
How can I get rid of this if it happens to me or a loved one? How can I build a relationship so that this intimidating reaction does not appear at all?
