We all want to experience only positive feelings and do not want negative ones. Nevertheless, they still come and quickly bring an end to the good ones. It seems that emotions are something separate from us that can visit us and are not entirely dependent on our will or choices. How can we control emotions? Can we interact with them so that there are more positive states than negative ones?
