Dialog with Oleg Bokachov. Topic: Acceptance
Look Up — online Wien, АвстрияWe readily accept some things, encounter difficulties with others, and some things we do not accept at all. We reject a person or a nation, a trend or fashion, someone's opinion or choice. The question arises: should we view acceptance as a human function to be controlled, or is it inherent in our nature, something we cannot defy? If we could manage our own acceptance, we have a chance not to break off relationships. If it is intrinsic to our nature, then perhaps by being selective, it keeps us from losing ourselves.
Can we more precisely define our ability to accept? How can we appropriately employ acceptance — for our own benefit and for the well-being of others?
