In India, there are ancient libraries where the fates of those destined to find them are inscribed on dried palm leaves. We set out to visit a few of these archives to determine whether they are merely legend, a genuine phenomenon, or an elaborate trick. What we discovered was indeed authentic. We found records of our own fates. Now, our task is to thoroughly understand the system behind them.
